EXCAVATION
Sullivan & Company Inc. services all aspects of excavation from initial construction to restoration. Previous projects include new road construction, culvert installations, building pads, industrial site preparation, ponds, and restoration caused by floods and fire.
WILDLAND FIRE FIGHTING
Sullivan & Company Inc. owners have been involved in wildland fire fighting, controlled burns, and site preperation for defensible space around rural structures for over 30 years in Southern and Central Oregon. We continue to contract to Federal Agencies for wildland fire services on a yearly basis and have for many years engaged in initial attack fire line construction, restoration of fire line impact, mastication of proposed fire lines, and developing fire crew access roads.

During the land improvement process Sullivan & Company Inc. will assist landowners with making good decisions regarding property access, structure, pasture, and pond development that compliments the respective property while being fully functional to the landowner needs.
